Maxwell selling corporate training. He was immediately “bitten by the leadership bug” and the passions stays on.
Starting his leadership development training firm in 2007, Tom delivers workshop training, speaking engagements, and values cards products for training departments at large organizations and independent trainers.
Over the years, the feedback from workshop participants, speaking engagement audiences, and corporate training departments in human resources and sales have given a plethora of content to share the impact of a values-centric outlook with audiences of all sizes.
